Monthly Reward — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored and administered solely by RunChoice LLC, a United States limited liability company (the "Sponsor"). Questions about these Rules or about a claim should go to support@runchoice.app, which is monitored; a postal address for the Sponsor is available on request by email.

2. Apple Disclaimer

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old and hold a RunChoice account in good standing. Entrants aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Rules on their behalf.
• Rewards are shipped only to street addresses in the continental United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and addresses outside the United States are not eligible.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
• The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Limit one reward per person and per account per calendar month, regardless of how many accounts or devices you use.

4. RunChoice+ Membership Requirement

An active paid RunChoice+ subscription is required to earn the monthly reward. Access begins when paid subscription coverage begins. A canceled subscription remains covered only through the end of its already-paid period.

RunChoice+ also includes digital features such as premium insights, cosmetics, coach voices, and run summaries. There is no additional charge to earn, claim, or receive a monthly reward after subscribing. Free accounts are not eligible for monthly reward coverage.

5. How to Earn a Reward

Within a single calendar month (measured in your device's local time zone), complete two blocks of five consecutive qualifying, covered days.

• A qualifying day is a local calendar day on which RunChoice verifies at least 10 minutes of real running. Multiple runs in one day may be combined.
• A covered day is a day on which your account was covered by an active paid RunChoice+ subscription, including a canceled subscription through the end of its paid-through period.
• Blocks may be adjacent: one continuous ten-day run of qualifying covered days completes both blocks.
• A missed, unqualified, or uncovered day breaks the block in progress. Partial blocks do not carry across a break, and progress does not carry into the next calendar month.
• Activity completed before your coverage began does not count retroactively.

This is a test of skill and physical effort. No element of the promotion is determined by chance, and no drawing is held.

6. How to Claim

• An earned reward must be claimed within 14 days after the end of the calendar month in which it was earned. An unclaimed reward expires and has no value after that.
• Claim in the app under Profile → Monthly reward, supplying a complete and accurate shipping address within the eligible service area.
• You may correct your address until the claim is approved and a label is created. After that, contact support.
• Once approved, shipping normally takes 7–21 business days. Cancelling your subscription after submitting a valid claim does not cancel that reward.

7. The Reward

One (1) RunChoice-branded physical item per eligible participant per calendar month. Approximate retail value: US $15–$25, varying by month. The exact item varies by month and inventory.

The reward has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an item is unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value, delay shipment with notice, or cancel the claim with an explanation. A reward is considered fulfilled once carrier tracking shows delivery, though the Sponsor will review reported delivery problems.

8. Verification and Disqualification

All earning activity is verified on the Sponsor's servers from GPS and motion evidence. Manual entries, imported records, and unsupported sources do not count. Claims with missing or inconsistent evidence are held for human review before any decision.

The Sponsor may withhold, cancel, or deny a reward, and may suspend an account, where it reasonably believes there has been GPS or activity manipulation, automation, use of a vehicle, duplicate or multiple accounts, an invalid address, a refund or chargeback, a violation of the Terms of Service, or any other abuse of the promotion. Decisions are made by a person, and you may ask for a review by emailing support.

9. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for any taxes arising from a reward. The Sponsor will report and withhold where required by law and may ask for a completed tax form before shipping where the value or cumulative annual value makes that necessary.

10. Privacy

Information you submit to claim a reward — including your name, shipping address, and contact details — is used to verify eligibility, ship the reward, and meet legal obligations, as described in the RunChoice Privacy Policy. Shipping details are shared with the carrier and any address-validation or fulfillment provider handling the delivery.

11. Changes, Termination, and Disputes

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time, including changing the reward, the requirement, or the service area. Where a change affects a reward you have already earned, the Sponsor will honour that earned reward under the Rules in force when you earned it. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Except where the law provides otherwise, disputes arising from this promotion are governed by Section 18 of the Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, Section 21 applies instead.
