Is RunChoice free?
Yes. Tracking your runs, streaks, and personalizing the app are free. RunChoice+ is an optional subscription that adds the monthly physical reward, progress insights, and exclusive looks.
How does the physical reward work?
With RunChoice+, complete two covered five-day blocks in a calendar month. One continuous ten-day streak completes both blocks. Only real running on covered subscription days counts — there's no shortcut and nothing to buy your way into.
What exactly counts as "a day"?
Ten minutes of actual running, any time during your day. Walking is still saved to your history, but it doesn't move the bar — and riding in a car or bus never counts. Two short runs can add up to complete the day.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you have a freeze saved up, it's used automatically and your streak survives. You earn freezes as your streak grows, so one bad Tuesday doesn't erase three weeks of work.
Is my running data private?
Yes. Your runs belong to your account and no other user can see them. There's no feed, no public profile, and we never sell your data. Delete your account and your personal data is deleted with it. Full details in the privacy policy.
